SF

So our last trip of the summer was to spend a couple of days in San Francisco. Jim works there at least once a week and the girls don't really remember ever going there. Our highlights were: really fast taxis flying up and down the hills, our gorgeous hotel (thanks, Grampa!), Ghiradelli sundaes, bush man, dinner on the wharf (Jim eats clam chowder?) and the zoo. Daddy went to work while rest of us went to the zoo. We were so happy that kids just happened to be free the day we went! Loved the bears.
Annie was obsessed with climbing on this fake turtle. Doesn't it look like it's trying to bite her in this picture?
Our really really nice hotel. Very famous, apparently, and definitely better than our last one in SF (think bedbugs and ghetto).
Chinatown didn't wow the girls as much as we'd hoped... there were too many hills to climb. And it was pretty warm that day.
The wharf was beautiful.
Can't beat the hot fudge sundaes. The girls couldn't get enough. Good thing mommy was in a sharing mood.

Soooooo much fun. We loved being together as a family so much this summer.

Jennica, I lost your blog address and I just found it and have been catching up on you Jim and the girls! I can't believe how big they all are (well, not you and Jim you both look the same size as always :) kids grow way too quickly. This looks like such a wonderful trip. I've got you on my blog list now so expect more regular comments!
